Managing Director
Miguel Ángel is the founder of ZM Capital, an independent strategic and financial advisory firm specializing in corporate finance across the Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate sectors.
He brings over 25 years of experience in asset management, debt restructuring, equity and project finance, working with institutional investors and Middle Eastern family offices, and has served as Strategic Advisor for Europe for Cohen & Company and Newmarket Capital (USA).
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Malaga and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate, and is a Founding Partner of Arrowhead Property Group and Verde Property Group.

María has over 25 years of experience managing the Legal & Tax Department at ZM Capital.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in legal consultancy, overseeing the legal and tax structuring of the firm’s investments and advising on regulatory and compliance matters across its portfolio.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Córdoba, a Master’s Degree from IE Business School in Madrid, and a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from C.E.F. (Institute of Financial Studies).

Jaime Dols Juste holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the Escuela Superior de Gestión Comercial y Marketing (ESIC) in Madrid.
He has spent his entire professional career in the Private Banking Division at Bankinter, where he serves as one of its Directors.
Over more than 30 years at Bankinter Private Banking, he has held a variety of responsibilities and has stood out for his successful results, particularly in the marketing and distribution of SICAVs, SOCIMIs, and Private Equity Funds.
Jaime is also an accredited EFA (European Financial Advisor), a certification awarded by the EFPA (European Financial Planning Association). This internationally recognized accreditation certifies professional competence in personal financial advice and planning.
He currently devotes much of his time, on a pro bono basis, to the fight to eradicate homelessness in Spain through the NGO Hogar Sí.
Fiscal and Accounting Manager
Manuel specializes in taxation, accounting, financial control and business management. Throughout his professional career, he has worked both at advisory firms and international corporate groups, taking on roles of responsibility in the financial, tax and accounting areas.
He has experience in tax planning, accounting supervision, financial analysis, budgetary control and the optimization of internal procedures, as well as in restructuring processes, systems implementation, and coordination with auditors, external advisors and public administrations. Within ZM Capital, he is responsible for Operations as well as the Tax and Accounting area, bringing a cross-functional perspective focused on rigor, efficiency and sound decision-making.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Málaga and an MBA in Business Management from the Consejo Superior de Cámaras de Comercio de España (Spanish Chamber of Commerce). He is fluent in Spanish and English.

With an academic background in Economics, Agriculture, and Equine Science in Germany, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to operational and development-focused projects.
As Assistant to the CEO and Manager of Operations & Financial Controlling, she supports executive decision-making while overseeing operations, financial controlling, and project coordination. Her work spans nature parks, equine centers, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
She works confidently in international environments and communicates fluently in German, English, and Spanish.

Jordan Raven is based in Marbella and works at Verde Property Group, where he is responsible for commercial activities and contributes to the management of the company’s social media.
His role brings together client communication and customer relations with the creation and management of social media content, helping to strengthen the company’s communication and digital presence. He stands out for his professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and results-oriented approach.
His background in sales and social media allows him to thrive in dynamic professional environments, where communication, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills are key.

Agustín is a professional with more than 28 years of experience in administration, accounting and taxation, with a solid career developed across a variety of business and professional environments. He holds a degree in Business Studies, specializing in Taxation and Accounting, from the University of Málaga. His profile is characterized by extensive practical experience, a broad understanding of business management, and a strong ability to adapt to different industries, organizational structures and working environments.
Throughout his career, he has held responsibilities related to administrative, accounting and tax management, as well as service provision and business activities, taking on different levels of responsibility within organizations of diverse nature.
His professional career reflects strong management skills, commitment and consistency, along with an extensive and proven track record demonstrating in-depth knowledge of business administration and management.

She works professionally in Spanish, Russian, English and French. As a native Russian speaker, she provides effective support to Russian-speaking clients with their administrative and business needs.

Francisco is a Building Engineer (Arquitecto Técnico) with 35 years of professional experience in the construction sector, much of it spent on site, overseeing the day-to-day execution of projects of national significance.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the construction of residential and industrial facilities, gaining a deep, practical understanding of every stage of the building process, from groundwork to final delivery.
He has served both as Site Manager and as Construction Management Engineer within a range of multidisciplinary teams, bringing full commitment, reliability and professionalism to every project he undertakes.

Juan is an engineer with a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy Internationalization, combining a solid technical background with a strategic vision focused on the international growth of the energy sector.
With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing across all its variants, he is a true digital growth enthusiast, always keeping up with new tools, channels and strategies to drive business growth.
He currently leads lead generation campaigns and their management, bringing an analytical, results-driven approach to capturing and converting business opportunities.
Oil & Gas projects advisor
Roy Lyons has 40 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, in the United States and internationally, with extensive knowledge of commercial, operations and large-scale project management in upstream and petrochemicals.
He was an executive at ConocoPhillips, including stints as President of ConocoPhillips Latin America and President of ConocoPhillips China.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is currently the owner and Managing Partner of Prformance Ventures LLC.
