Managing Director
Miguel Ángel is the founder of ZM Capital, an independent strategic and financial advisory firm specializing in corporate finance across the Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate sectors.
He brings over 25 years of experience in asset management, debt restructuring, equity and project finance, working with institutional investors and Middle Eastern family offices, and has served as Strategic Advisor for Europe for Cohen & Company and Newmarket Capital (USA).
He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Malaga and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate, and is a Founding Partner of Arrowhead Property Group and Verde Property Group.

María has over 25 years of experience managing the Legal & Tax Department at ZM Capital.
Throughout her career, she has specialized in legal consultancy, overseeing the legal and tax structuring of the firm’s investments and advising on regulatory and compliance matters across its portfolio.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Córdoba, a Master’s Degree from IE Business School in Madrid, and a Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy from C.E.F. (Institute of Financial Studies).

Nikhil Korpal is Investment Director at ZM Capital, bringing over 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and development across Norway and Spain.
Prior to joining ZM Capital, he served as Investment Manager at Bonum, a Norwegian real estate developer, where he led the firm’s expansion into the Spanish market and sat on the board of Bonum Spain SL.
He holds an MBA from Webster University, London (Regent’s University London campus), and a BSc in Maritime Business from Southampton Solent University.

Oil & Gas projects advisor
Roy Lyons has 40 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, in the United States and internationally, with extensive knowledge of commercial, operations and large-scale project management in upstream and petrochemicals.
He was an executive at ConocoPhillips, including stints as President of ConocoPhillips Latin America and President of ConocoPhillips China.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is currently the owner and Managing Partner of Prformance Ventures LLC.
Deputy General Manager
Antonio has worked as HR Director across multiple sectors, including Hospitality & Leisure, Industrial, Services and Education.
Since 2002 he has been an associate professor in the People Management Department at EADA, and since 2014 in the Social Psychology (HR) area at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, alongside various publications in the field of HR.
He holds degrees in Labour Relations and Labor Science, a postgraduate in Social and Labour Audit, an Executive MBA from EADA, a Ph.D. in Psychology of Organizations and Management from UAB, and completed the Managing the Company of the Future program at London Business School.
Fiscal and Accounting Manager
Manuel specializes in taxation, accounting, financial control and business management. Throughout his professional career, he has worked both at advisory firms and international corporate groups, taking on roles of responsibility in the financial, tax and accounting areas.
He has experience in tax planning, accounting supervision, financial analysis, budgetary control and the optimization of internal procedures, as well as in restructuring processes, systems implementation, and coordination with auditors, external advisors and public administrations. Within ZM Capital, he is responsible for Operations as well as the Tax and Accounting area, bringing a cross-functional perspective focused on rigor, efficiency and sound decision-making.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Sciences from the University of Málaga and an MBA in Business Management from the Consejo Superior de Cámaras de Comercio de España (Spanish Chamber of Commerce). He is fluent in Spanish and English.
