Miguel Angel is the founder of ZM Capital. He specializes in Investments, Real Estate, Energy and Corporate Finance. He advised locally and internationally projects in Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Oil & Gas.
He has 25 years of experience in the financial management of projects, debt restructuring, equity and project finance with institutional investors.
He also was Strategic Advisor for Europe for Mariner USA.
Among others, he is the founding partner of Arrowhead Property Group and Verde Homes.
He has a Degree in Economics from University of Malaga and a BA Postgraduate in Real Estate and
Social Entrepreneurship from Wharton.
He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

He has carried out various postgraduate studies, including Human Resources Management and Executive MBA at EADA and Socio-Labor Auditing at ESADE. For more than 25 years, he has been developing his work as HR Director in different sectors of activity. Such as, Hospitality & Leisure, Industrial, Services and Educational. At the same time, he has participated as a speaker in various conferences and has published various publications in the field of HR.
Since 2002, he has collaborated as an associate professor in the Department of People Management at EADA and since 2014, in the area of Social Psychology (HR) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
He has been developing professional activity as a Strategic Consultant for Project Management and HR.

Fernando specializes in business development, private equity and fund raising. He has spent the last 20 years working and living in emerging markets (Argentina, México, Brazil, UAE & Saudi Arabia), participating in the closing of transactions and partnerships. He has a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and structuring complex transactions.
Previously he worked in the Middle East for the Family Office of Abdullah Al Rajhi developing Real Estate and before that (2003-2013), he spent 10 years as Managing Director & Fund Manager with an U.S. Private Equity (FE Clean Energy Group). Earlier in his professional career he was Manager at different in O&G companies in Latin America.
He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Roy Lyons has 40 years of USA and international experience in the oil and gas sector with extensive knowledge of commercial, operations and large project management in upstream and petrochemicals. He was an executive with Conocophillips including stints as President of Conocophillips Latin America and President of Conocophillips China. He has a degree in chemical engineering from Oklahoma State University and is currently owner and Managing Partner of Prformance Ventures LLC.
